We believe it is important that everything related to your participation is clear, fair and transparent. On this page, you will find all information regarding the payment terms and cancellation policy for the World Championship, so you know exactly what to expect after registering and which rules apply to payment, changes and cancellation.

What is included in your registration?

Your registration includes participation in the WK Sjoelen 2026. Meals (unless explicitly stated otherwise), accommodation and participation in additional activities are not included.

Registration confirmation

After submitting the registration form via the website, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible.
This email contains: the official confirmation of your registration, the invoice for your participation, the bank details required for payment. Your registration becomes final only after we have received the full payment.

Payment terms

The invoice must be paid within 10 days of receiving the confirmation email. If payment is not received within this period, the registration will automatically be cancelled.

Payment is made via bank transfer. All necessary payment details are included in the confirmation email sent after registration.

Changes to your registration

Would you like to make a change to your registration, such as a name change? Changes can be made up to and including April 30, 2026. After this date, it is no longer possible to modify your registration.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your registration free of charge up to and including April 1, 2026. Cancellations must be submitted by email to: wksjoelen@sjoelsport.nl

Please note: a cancellation is only valid after you have received a written cancellation confirmation from the organization. Cancellations submitted after April 1, 2026 can no longer be processed free of charge.
